Class Descriptions

Step: Aerobic fun, fat burning workout for everybody using a step box.

Pilates: Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.  If you have one, please bring a full length Pilates mat.  If not you can use one of mine.

HIIT Training:  High Intensity Interval Training.   A Fun and Friendly tough workout for anyone wanting to improve their Fitness and Strength, for Men and Woman of any age. Adaptations are given throughout

Legs Tums & Bums: Full body workout focussing on LTB but also working arms, core and postural muscles.  A great fun class suitable for everyone.
