Relax, Stretch, Re-energise

YES?  This new class for Peri/Menopause ladies will be perfect for you!
I have created this lovely class that will benefit you in many ways:

Help you feel less bloated
* Reduce tightness and stiffness
* Re energise you
* Awaken you and give you mental clarity
* You will sleep better

And, the great thing is, it’s with like minded people just like you, all in the peri menopause to menopause stage of life.

This class is a stretch class that works on a full body approach, it is suitable for everyone, even if you haven’t exercised in many years.

There’s no jumping and impact at all, and the movements are flowing and comfortable for everyone, adaptations are given throughout too suit all.

Pilates: Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain.  If you have one, please bring a full length Pilates mat.  If not you can use one of mine.
